I’ve been bad!!
OK, I haven’t blogged in a really long time, and I apologize for that. Its been really busy at work (still working tons of hours, and now i’m even doing stuff at home for yet more OT), running LOTS of miles, Dragon*CON and just general busyness (taking care of Dave, taking care of the house, etc….)
Running has been going GREAT. Getting the miles in, and just feeling good. Lost a few pounds, but more because of stress and basically not eating much (not that I eat lots to begin with…. you guys know that!!)... but the miles feel so good and that is what is important. 7 weeks to Chicago. and counting. Goofy not far behind that either.
What scares me is that the holidays aren’t far in the future, and then there is the GOOFY. I am SO excited for that and then then there is the LONDON MARATHON!
We came back from Dragon*Con on Monday. To say this is a GREAT event, is an understatement. Its the utmost best con on this side of the country. Lots of guests, lots of parties, last of costumes, and just lots of fun. We went to a bunch of Battlestar Gallatica panels, StarGate panels, and a few Fleet functions. And lots of the guests are great eye candy, particularly Kevin Sorbo (hercules!!) for one along with all the battlestar guys (too numerous to mention). ITs not a cheap weekend, but totally worth going to. We’ve already getting our passes for next year. Its that good. Doesn’t really matter who the guests are. WE always find stuff to do.
I’ll be better about posting. Bear with me, though. It’ll get better!!
